Care providers, Covid-19 and coming home
Care providers, can we help you to find a supported housing home for a new client, or for an existing client who wants to move?

Let us take the pressure off property for you and give your client somewhere safe and happy to come home to.
As a successful provider of supported living accommodation, we work in close partnership with care providers to deliver high-quality happy supported housing homes, mainly to people with learning difficulties and autism.
Coping with COVID
We know that life in the new normal of Covid-19 has become much tougher for care providers.
“This public health crisis is having an acute impact on those with care and support needs, carers and staff. Those you support, and their families, are also likely to be worried about their health; their routines will perhaps have been significantly interrupted, and people may have difficulty understanding rules about social distancing and infection control. All those issues may be causing heightened anxiety.” https://www.scie.org.uk/care-providers/coronavirus-covid-19/learning-disabilities-autism/care-staff
There is so much more to think about too – whether it’s how to source PPE and testing, managing staff availability, keeping on top of Covid-19 guidance – and we are so grateful for all you are doing to keep supported living tenants safe in their own homes.
If you do need to find a new property for a new or existing client, or if you’d just like to have a chat to us about how we might be able to work together in the future, please get in touch.
We source properties on the private rental market so can move quickly and match the property to the tenant rather than the other way around. We also have our own in-house maintenance team so you won’t have to worry about dealing with ongoing repairs or maintenance.
