Zetetick only deals in 1-5 year leases with even longer leases preferable.

It’s a secure rental agreement, so when you rent your property, you’ll receive payment from us, regardless of tenancy. Since we took on our first ever tenant in 2007, they’re still with us nearly 20 years later. Our promise of financial stability to you isn’t an empty one.
