For all intents and purposes, when you rent your property, it’s Zetetick acting as the tenant. That means we underwrite all the property’s utility bills, maintain the property, and keep it in good condition just like any other tenant.
Zetetick only deals in 1-5 year leases with even longer leases preferable.
It’s a secure rental agreement, so when you rent your property, you’ll receive payment from us, regardless of tenancy. Since we took on our first ever tenant in 2007, they’re still with us nearly 20 years later. Our promise of financial stability to you isn’t an empty one.

Zetetick has an in-house Maintenance and Support team that provides 24/7 intensive housing management as part of our exempt provision status.
Their skills and expertise range from gardening and painting to repairs of all sizes – usually straight away and at no cost to you as the property owner.
Our redecoration policy and commitment to inspect homes every 3 months further protects the investment you’ve made in your property.
