We are a unique specialist housing charity whose primary purpose is to enable people to live as valued members of their community by sourcing and providing high-quality domestic style residential accommodation and facilitating best practice in supported living, supporting vulnerable adults who have a learning disability, autism or mental health issues.
Our Charity Zetetick Housing specialises in exempt housing provision under the specified accommodation clause of the housing legislation.
Key to our success is working with a range of partners across housing, commissioning and care, in the fulfilment of our charitable aims. To empower choice and deliver dignity to those people, primarily with learning disabilities and autism, who need our offer of quality housing for supported living; and to align our core values, support and work with services that mean we provide and maintain specialised quality homes, not just housing.
Our accommodation varies from one/two-bedroom flats to large detached executive houses and purpose built apartments that are shared by our tenants. No two properties are the same as we exclusively seek person-centred assessments for our Tenants and then seek to match quality accommodation to these needs and wishes.
Since the formation of the Charity in April 2007 we have seen the lives of hundreds of Tenants significantly change for the better.
