The happy effects of supported living housing for adults with learning disabilities
With Zetetick’s person-centred approach, we work with tenants to find a home that they will love. Sourcing properties on the private rental market means we are able to move quickly and match the property to the tenant’s individual needs and preferences. This provides them with an environment that they can feel comfortable in and a space to enjoy their hobbies and interests. This also means that support providers don’t need to be concerned with finding supported living housing for their new or existing clients.
Zetetick aims to be life partners to those we support. So where we provide housing for people with learning disabilities, this provides our tenants the security and stability they need to live their lives to the fullest. One of our tenants has been with us for 14 years since the beginning!
Supported living housing for adults provides our tenants with a sense of empowerment by giving them a space of their own to learn essential life skills, like cooking their favourite meals from scratch. Access to support from care providers and Zetetick’s specialised housing support give tenants as much help with this as they need to allow them to enjoy their own home to the max!
All this means safe and happy homes for your clients.
