The most crucial partnerships we have are with care providers. While Zetetick provides and manages the housing, our care partners deliver the essential daily care many tenants need—including personal care, help with meals, and support with social inclusion.

Exempt Accommodation: Meeting High Support Needs

Because our tenants often need specialist housing management, Zetetick provides exempt accommodation, allowing for additional support funding. This ensures tenants receive appropriate, safe, and sustainable housing while reducing financial risks for local authorities and care providers.
