The Landlord’s Story

We’re often asked, where Zetetick homes come from. The answer is simple: our homes begin with landlords who trust us with their properties. This partnership offers landlords more than guaranteed rent, reliable property management and low-demand on a landlord’s time and attention. It’s also an opportunity to know their property is making a real difference in someone’s life.

We work care providers, local authorities and families – and consult with landlords – to ensure each property is refurbished to a high-standard and adapted to meet the specific needs of the person who will live there.

We invited the landlord of Zetetick tenant Juliet to talk about their about their experience partnering with Zetetick and what it means to know Juliet is thriving in their home.

“I first heard about Zetetick through a friend who already lets a property with them. After years of frustration with the private rental market and unreliable tenants, I was looking for something more secure.
The guaranteed rent was important, but what really appealed to me was knowing the property would be well looked after and used for something meaningful.
Now that the house is providing someone with a safe home, it feels brilliant. It’s good to know you’re doing something positive while still making the numbers work. It’s also really reassuring to know that the tenant is settled and enjoying her home.

Our care partners play a vital role in helping people feel safe, settled and able to grow. Their insight shows how the right home creates the foundation for everything else. So, we asked care partners what difference a safe and stable home makes both to the people they support and to them as carers.
