Perfect Partners – Past and Present

Following an exciting and rewarding year in 2022, Zetetick would like to say “thank you” to all of our perfect partners, past and present who have worked and collaborated with us, to secure an increasing number of homes for all of our tenants with learning disabilities, enabling them to live safely, securely, and independently.

A particular “Thank You” to…

Some of the key partnerships this year, who have been of particular note in supporting Zetetick in providing more homes for vulnerable people have included:

Thank you

These partners have gone above and beyond to make the transition for our vulnerable tenants in moving to a new home, an exciting and reassuring experience. We would like to thank them for their contributions, in supporting the work of organisations like Zetetick, who strive to provide these opportunities for vulnerable adults with disabilities.

The diverse and complex range of partners Zetetick works with, from Care Partners, Commissioners, Local Authorities, Landlords, Estate Agents and support companies, highlights the need for the Zetetick Team to have extraordinary stakeholder relationship management skills. An exceptional breadth of empathy and understanding for our tenants needs, and also each party’s needs, but equally important to this, is an appreciation and synergy in our values, the basis on which our organisation is founded.

Z E T E T I C K’ S    V A L U E S    A R E

Thank You!

Zetetick’s values will enable us to support our tenants in the best possible way over the coming year with the growing awareness of so many of the economic challenges we may all be facing, but for vulnerable adults these challenging times are somewhat greater.

Our partners, both old and new, who have worked with us throughout 2022 and in the coming year, have all been adversely affected by the government cuts within the social care sector. This has created unprecedented challenges for our social care partners and we are immensely thankful to them for their ongoing support this year. The ever increasing demands on the property market too, whether this be EPC requirements or increasing interest rates, the fast moving rental market is also experiencing times as never known or seen before. The support and loyalty of our property partners allows us to continue to provide the successful service, we, and they, are so passionate about.

Zetetick and our partners will continue to collaborate and work together to extend our achievements in providing more homes and reaching more families in the best way, during this economic crisis.

Given the challenges facing so many, we are also looking forward to focusing on the many opportunities which we are confident 2023 has to offer too. Two opportunities that we are particularly excited about for the coming year, will be working with Club Soda who are based in Croydon and Carousel who are based in Brighton. Both of these organisations will be working with Zetetick to provide events for our tenants to participate in, and provide opportunities for our tenants to feedback more of how they find our services, to enable Zetetick to support further the best quality living in their homes as we are able.

By collaborating with these partners, we are fulfilling our Vision each day, as we aim to enable people to live as valued members of their community. We endeavour to also fulfil our Mission too with the help of each of our partners, and we thank them for that.

Our Vision

Empowering people with learning disabilities and autism to

live as valued members of their community

by finding them quality homes, not just housing;

offering safety security and opportunity where care, friendship and

freedom can come first every day.

Our Mission

To provide and maintain specialised quality homes.

To empower choice and deliver dignity to those people,

primarily with learning disabilities and autism,

who need our offer of quality housing for supported living.

We align our values and activities to work with a range of partners across housing,
commissioning, and care,

in the delivering on our promise,

of being a partner for life.

Thank you
A Thank You to Zetetick’s Partners
