High quality housing for supported living

The charity Zetetick Housing provides high quality housing for our supported living tenants. As well as ensuring the property we rent is up to standard when we take it on, we have an in-house team who carry out all maintenance and repairs on a timely basis. We have set targets for the completion of all maintenance jobs, and this is something that we monitor closely. Zetetick Housing also carry out regular inspections of our properties throughout the year to look at health and safety issues as well as ongoing maintenance.

In-house team

Using our own staff allows us more control over the efficiency and quality of the work. Our in-house team often become familiar faces to our tenants, which makes them feel more at ease when repairs are being carried out. Our tenants are always at the forefront of our work, and this is no exception for our maintenance staff who take pride in the service they offer to tenants.
