Zetetick Housing finds the right property in the right area for you. If you would like to be housed with Zetetick Housing, you must have a learning disability, physical disability, and/or autism – and have a care package agreed upon by a Social Worker/Care Manager.
We are able to locate the property by leasing it from a private landlord and then renting it to you.
Our aim is for you to have a long-term home. We typically start with a six-month tenancy. This allows us to ensure that you are happy and settled in your home.
Zetetick will check if you wish to continue living in your home. If you are content, we will renew the tenancy.
In addition to the day-to-day support you receive from your support provider, Zetetick Housing will offer Support and Additional Housing Management to help you live happily and safely in your home.
Our goal is to create an environment where you can thrive and enjoy a fulfilling life, knowing that you have the necessary support and resources available to you.
Every tenant (or their legal representative) will have an Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) Agreement or Tenancy License.
