This is a Maintenance officer/ gardener Job with need for skills in different areas from decorating, gardening and general maintenance, paying £20-24,000 per annum
Based out of Lewes: Sussex for Zetetick Housing in East Sussex. (work in croydon from time to time)

We are a unique housing charity providing housing to support vulnerable adults to assist with their tenancies. Our aim is to find and provide excellent quality domestic residential accommodation for people with learning disabilities. Having recently opened an office in Lewes we are looking to expand our base in Sussex. We are offering a handy person job with garden maintenance a competitive salary, a company van, uniform and tools needed. In addition to this, we always support our staff by offering training, so there is a chance for progression for the right person.
Handy Person & Gardener
You will be carrying out general and garden maintenance duties within our properties and in the gardens including DIY tasks, painting & decorating and basic dry and wet work. We use the pyramid housing support system for maintenance management and to complete work rosters
Housing Charity, maintenance officer gardener
In order to succeed at this handy person job you will need to have a decent knowledge maintenance, especially garden maintenance. We are looking for someone with empathy, imagination, loyalty and high quality work. Please note you will need to be a driver with a clean licence and there will be a criminal record check.
