Zetetick’s London office is based in Croydon and covers all of the Croydon and South London areas. We are the largest supplier of supported living housing in Croydon, and also work in Lambeth, Merton, Southwark, Sutton and Wandsworth.
We rent all of our properties from the private rental market, giving our tenants fair access to accommodation that they might not otherwise have access to. Our tenants have a diverse range of needs and preferences so we rent a wide variety of properties – from studio bedroom flats to large detached houses.
Zetetick is part of Lambeth’s digital inclusion network, and with funding received from Lambeth as part of their drive to increase digital access to marginalised people, we are currently running a pilot digital inclusion scheme with some of our tenants in the borough. As we rent all of our properties on the private rental market they have trusted relationships with estate agents and landlords in the area. They view new properties with tenants and also do regular inspections of existing properties to check what redecorations will need to be scheduled and check if there are any maintenance issues that have not yet been flagged up. All in all our leases with landlords are a brilliant no-fuss deal.
Judith and Sandra also deal with the care and support providers we worth with. Being a best-practice supported living provider, the housing and support are provided by different organisations. This means that if the tenant wishes to change their care provider for example, they don’t have to lose their home at the same time. This is one of the powerful, key principles of supported living. In-house maintenance team
There is also an in-house maintenance team based in the London depot, and they meet there each morning to catch up with what has been completed from the day before and divide up the jobs for the coming day. This could be anything from painting and decorating to fixing a plumbing problem.
It is a real benefit for both our landlords and tenants to have our own maintenance staff. Our landlords know that they don’t have to worry about maintenance, and our tenants get to know our team in the event of any maintenance issues, making what could be an anxiety forming situation for our tenants into something much less worrying.

- 2 bedroom garden flat with own entrance or bungalow, away from main roads, in South Croydon, Purley, or Shirley areas. Rent circa £1300.
- 1 bedroom flat in the borough of Greenwich – must be conversion or small block. Rent £245 per week.
- 2 bedroom flat, ground or lower ground floor, in Brixton. Rent £1570.
- Studio flat in South Croydon area. Rent £800 – £850 per month.
