Zetetick and Frontier have a long-standing partnership, built on our shared values and commitment to transforming lives. For years, we have worked together to provide high-quality supported living solutions, ensuring that vulnerable adults not only have a safe place to live but also feel empowered with the opportunity for greater independence and freedom.
And now, we are beyond excited to announce that we have expanded our services into Kent!
With our continued collaboration, Frontier have identified a key framework that they have seen great success with; now we get to use these insights and break into Kent with quality objectives and efficient routes to not only support, but empower adults with Learning Disabilities or Autism in Kent.
“The scheme is a cluster of four newly built homes, each designed to the highest standard, providing a modern, welcoming environment for people who need varying levels of support,” explains Tony Piercy, CEO of Frontier Support.
Tony continues, “We’ve seen huge success in similar schemes in Croydon, where our mix of shared staffing, personalised one-to-one support, and overnight assistance—enhanced by the latest assistive technology—has delivered fantastic outcomes for the people we support and cost-effective solutions for local authorities. Naturally, we are excited to replicate this success in Kent with Zetetick by our side.”
Frontier is one of our premier care partners, and our ongoing collaboration as well as support to our venture into Kent is testament to how valuable partnerships can be. Jess Barry – our new Partnerships Development Officer, focuses on how important relationships like these are, and just how fundamental they are to our mission.
“Partnerships are the backbone of what we do, helping us provide not just housing, but real homes with a sense of community. Working closely with Frontier has allowed us to develop innovative solutions that empower tenants and create sustainable housing opportunities.”
She continues: “I thrive on building meaningful relationships that make a real difference. Whether it’s working with landlords to secure quality homes or collaborating with trusted care partners like Frontier, every connection plays a vital role in our mission—providing safe homes and empowering lives!”
At its heart, Jess’ role is “all about connection—linking people, homes, and opportunities to help transform lives of our tenants’. This also includes connecting with other charities and businesses, “From property professionals to care providers and local communities, everyone has a part to play in creating life-changing opportunities”.
Naturally, the idea is that this scheme being introduced into Kent will grow further and lead to more of the outstanding outcomes both charities have been able to affect in London and the South East already; and with the expertise and energy of both charities combined, the ambitions are sure to be realised!
The other factor that will ensure that this continued partnership is a success is that Zetetick and Frontier share the same values in wanting to ensure that supported living is about more than just putting a roof over someone’s head. It should be about security, independence, and opportunity—and these are all the beliefs we’ve brought together and put into the new scheme in Tunbridge Wells.
At Zetetick we know that any collaboration and partnership development is only going to enhance what we are able to do and achieve.
