Summary

Zetetick Housing thanks its landlords for taking part in the satisfaction survey and outlines practical improvements — including clearer repair responsibilities, better financial transparency, and stronger communication — to make partnerships more effective and collaborative.

Listening to Our Landlords – A message from our Housing Director, Lisa

On behalf of everyone at Zetetick Housing, thank you for taking part in our Landlord Satisfaction Survey earlier this year. We are truly grateful for the time and thought you gave in sharing your experiences. Your feedback plays a key role in shaping how we work together to deliver safe, high-quality homes.

What You Told Us

The survey offered valuable insights into a range of areas — communication, rent payments, property maintenance and overall partnership satisfaction.

We were delighted that many of you expressed confidence in our relationship, highlighting our team’s professionalism, approachability and reliability. This feedback reinforces the shared trust that underpins everything we do at Zetetick.

At the same time, your responses helped us identify where we can improve.

  • Repairs and Responsibilities: Some landlords said they were unsure who is responsible for certain repairs. We’re refreshing our Landlord Welcome Pack and property management guidance to make this clearer.
  • Financial Transparency: A few of you asked for more detail about service charges. We’re developing simple explanatory notes and will provide charge breakdowns on request.
  • Communication During Absences: To avoid delays, every landlord will now have a named backup contact if their Housing Officer is away.
  • Ongoing Engagement: You suggested short feedback forums or updates. We’re exploring light-touch engagement options and plan to share a “You Said, We Did” update in future communications.

Acting on Your Feedback

Your input doesn’t just sit on a shelf — it directly informs our planning, service development and day-to-day operations. We’re already using your insights to strengthen communication, improve transparency and ensure your experience as a landlord remains smooth, supportive and collaborative.

If you’d like to share further thoughts or discuss your feedback, please get in touch — we’d love to hear from you.
