This summer has been a season of growth, celebration and empowerment for our tenants. Working alongside Focus Home Care, we’ve seen first-hand how the right mix of safe, supportive homes and personalised care can transform lives.

From fun-filled days at Thorpe Park and in Brighton to community events for Pride Month and Learning Disability Week, our tenants have embraced opportunities to connect, learn and thrive.

Whether it’s Claire rediscovering her love of swimming and art, Charlotte finding balance between activity and wellbeing, or Theo proudly receiving his medal at an Autism Pride celebration — every story shares the same message: when people feel safe, supported and included, they are empowered.

At Focus Home Care, we are proud to work closely with Zetetick Housing. Together, we’ve built a strong and positive working relationship that puts people first. It’s not just about providing care or housing — it’s about creating a safe, supportive environment where our service users can thrive.

Behind these achievements lies a strong partnership. Zetetick Housing provides secure, comfortable homes tailored to individual needs, while Focus Home Care delivers daily care, encouragement and companionship that build confidence and independence.

One highlight this year was Victoria’s move into her own home at Zetetick’s new Falmer Close service. With the dedicated support of Focus staff, Victoria has begun an exciting new chapter filled with independence, pride and joy:

I am so happy, I have my own key, I am so excited, I have my own home — wooooo hoooo!

This partnership goes beyond housing and care — it’s about people. Together, Zetetick and Focus encourage tenants to pursue hobbies, strengthen family bonds and enjoy daily life with confidence.

I have worked with Christine and Emma from Focus for over two years, and we have built a close working relationship. We currently have seven properties with Focus and are looking for four more. Working with Focus is a great example of collaboration in action.
