Jonathan joined Zetetick Housing in 2019, bringing a lifelong passion for people and community. Before taking on his role here, he led a disability charity as Chief Executive, served as Chief Operating Officer in a healthcare organisation, and founded a consultancy supporting charities to grow and make a lasting difference. His earlier career in information technology and communications gave him a strong sense of how connection, trust and clear purpose can transform lives.

At Zetetick, Jonathan’s focus is on creating homes where people feel valued, respected and supported to live as independently as possible. He draws on many years of experience in disability, social care and the voluntary sector to strengthen partnerships, raise awareness of our mission and help the team deliver a service that truly puts people first.

Jonathan believes that a home is more than a place to live. It is a place to belong, to be safe and to be seen. Through his leadership he continues to guide Zetetick in providing homes built on compassion, quality and trust for everyone we support.
